Still having difficulty walking-although there is an improvement in my right led can stand on it without pain and bending both legs is a bit easier ...so I must be thankful for small mercies ! I feel as if things are improving a bit but it's been a long  time, dont think the weather is helping either it's absolutely freezing at the moment ,it snowed non stop for 2 days. have'nt done much craft only a few crochet items and have managed to paint a lovely picture which is going to go in my hallway.
